Our three step turnaround process:

  • 1. Assessment

    Reviewing the totality of the programme to determine the extent and severity of potential problems. We will deliver a bespoke report setting out the key issues and associated risks to successful transformation delivery.

  • 2. Plan of Action

    We will develop a prioritised short term action plan to resolve the immediate issues identified, plus a more detailed turnaround plan setting out a critical path and estimated cost to complete, for the team to take forward.

  • 3. Jump Start

    Whilst the recommended actions are implemented, if required we can expedite the turnaround process, by providing ongoing assurance to programme leadership and/or delivery advice and support to the team.
