Our Leadership Team
Katie Lynch
A Programme Assurance specialist, with almost 20 year’s experience of Public Sector Project and Programme Management. Katie has extensive knowledge of public sector business processes, particularly in Local Government and has led and personally delivered over 250 Programme Assurance reviews for high profile, complex, multimillion-pound projects, programmes and portfolios.
Katie specialises in ensuring programmes succeed by working with organisations to conduct evidence-based assessments of project and programme control environments and providing clients with a view of critical the risks to delivery.
Alisdair Bach
A business transformation specialist with over 32 years of private sector experience, working across many of the largest global companies and brands, helping them shape and deliver highly complex target operating models leveraging the latest digital technologies.
Alisdair works with senior business leaders helping them de-risk their investment in business transformation through the adoption of sustainable change strategies which deliver rapid tangible business benefits. He has been asked to provide turn around leadership to a number of high profile global transformation programmes and works with organisations of all shapes and size helping them make sense of what can be achieved and how to achieve it, and sometimes when to stop and regroup.
